It’s that time of the
year when “by law” you have to turn yourself into the
Government again.
I know that this may seem strange to you,
but this system or procedure of turning yourself into the
Government, under penalty of perjury, and telling them where
you made your money, how much money you made, how you spent
your money, did you give any of your money to anyone else and
how much did you give them, where and how much of your money
you saved or invested, is absolutely ass backwards.
The Government is supposed to be coming
before the American people and telling us, under penalty of
perjury, where and how they spent our money. The Government’s
the one that’s supposed to be the one sweating bullets
wondering how upset the American people are going to be when
they find out where their money “really” went. I guarantee
you, to say the least, every Politician and Government
employee would be wondering if they were going to have a job
tomorrow, especially after we truthfully, “i.e. you can’t tell
a lie or you go to jail, remember Martha, found out just
exactly how much of our hard earned money they wasted.
Wouldn’t you love to know just exactly
where the Government spends your tax dollars, that’s the money
you paid in all the different taxes that they’ve been able to
think up? Accounts Receivable Tax, Building Permit Tax,
Capital Gains Tax, CDL license Tax, Cigarette Tax, Corporate
Income Tax, Court Fines (indirect taxes), Dog License Tax,
Federal Income Tax, Federal Unemployment Tax (FUTA), Fishing
License Tax, Food License Tax, Fuel Permit Tax, Gasoline Tax
(.42 cents per gallon), Hunting License Tax, Inheritance Tax,
Interest Expense, Inventory Tax, IRS Interest Charges (tax on
top of tax), IRS Penalties (tax on top of tax), Liquor Tax,
Local Income Tax, Luxury Taxes, Marriage License Tax, Medicare
Tax, Property Tax, Real Estate Tax, Septic Permit Tax, Service
Charge Taxes, Social Security Tax, Road Usage Taxes
(Truckers), Recreational Vehicle Tax, Road Toll Booth Taxes,
School Tax, State Income Tax, State Unemployment Tax (SUTA),
Telephone Federal Excise Tax, Telephone Federal Universal
Service Fee Tax, Telephone Minimum Usage Surcharge Tax,
Telephone Recurring/Non-recurring Charges Tax, Telephone State
and Local Tax, Telephone Usage Charge Tax, Toll Tunnel Taxes,
Traffic Fines (indirect taxation), Trailer Registration Tax,
Utility Taxes, Vehicle License Registration Tax, Vehicle Sales
Tax, Watercraft Registration Tax, Well Permit Tax, and Workers
Compensation Tax. Where did all that money go?
Believe it or not, we are supposed to be
holding their feet to the fire, not them holding ours, in
order to hold them accountable. Remember, they are our public
servants, they work for us. Then could you imagine what would
happen if the Government was held to the same standards of
accountability that we are held to? You know the old, “you’d
better be able to prove precisely where every dime went”, or
else.
Then could you possibly fathom, in your
wildest dreams, having the same enforcement collection arm
that the Government is more than happy to use against us, the
IRS.
Now if by some chance you’d never
experienced or heard any of the millions of horror stories
created by the IRS , for the Government, used daily on honest
hard working American people, I will tell you from my own
personal experience just how the IRS and their system of
extortion works.
First and foremost, the IRS goes by their
own set of rules, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights be
damned, they mean nothing to the IRS. The law means nothing to
the IRS either. They have their own set of laws, which just
happen change when ever it’s convenient for them to gain
another conviction against one of us, which is supposed to be
setting another example of you’d better do what you’re told,
just to keep the American people scared into compliance. Then
if that’s now enough, the best part of all is that the IRS is
accountable to no one for nothing. You have no rights when it
come to dealing with the IRS, they do what they damn well
please to whom ever they want when ever they want.
Remember it’s us, the American people
using the IRS against the Government. Now slap the smile off
your face because the best part is yet to come.
Here is how scenario would work. Let’s
say that you believe that a Government agency has not
truthfully told you what they did with our money. As a matter
of fact, you don’t have to truthfully believe any thing, you
could just not like the Government agency or someone that
works for it, hell you might just want to set an example for
other Government agencies and their employees. Remember the
“scared into compliance” theory that works so well for them.
So you just call the IRS and say, I do
not believe that the Department of Defense told me the truth,
remember you do not need any proof, you just have to think
that they did something wrong. The next thing you tell the IRS
to do is to go to the Department of Defense and confiscate all
of their records and computers. Remember, the IRS rule is you
do not have to tell them that you are going to do this, it’s a
surprise.
The next several steps are very important
because you want to make sure that the Department of Defense
cannot get their hands on any money, once again the IRS rule
is if they cannot afford to fight back, the IRS automatically
win by attrition. You then instruct the IRS to quickly seize
the money in the Department of Defense’s bank accounts,
remember the IRS rule is you don’t have to tell them in
advance because they might take their money and hide it from
you. So once again, surprise, they don’t even find out that
you took their money until they have millions of dollars in
checks bouncing.
Therefore, the next step to insure
victory is you need to instruct the IRS to file tax liens
against the Department of Defense. You ruin their credit. If
the IRS can ruin your credit quick enough you’ll have no
access to money. No access to money, no fighting back.
The next step in the IRS process is to
seize the Department of Defenses assets. The first thing you
want to do is confiscate their weapons, you don’t want to deal
with any Government crazy Anti American People wacho’s. You
then proceed to seize their property and buildings, anything
in the buildings, any transportation they may have or anything
else of value they have. The IRS rule is you don’t want the
Department of Defense selling anything to raise money.
Remember, if they have money they just may be able to find
competent legal assistance and be able to afford the
astronomical legal cost that are associated with sure a
horrendous battle.
Now there are several other major power
perks at your disposal. First, if the Department of Defense
can find some Government lawyers willing to take the personal
risk of being associated with such a battle, you can just
instruct the IRS to do the same things to the lawyers. Isn’t
that great! Secondly, and may be best of all, “happy birthday”
the Judges are on your payroll. Can it get any better than
this? Yes it can. If by some miracle the Department of Defense
can find some honor bound Government attorney that feels so
strongly about his duty to defend the Constitution that their
willing to risk everything they personal have, the Government
still has to wish for an even larger miracle, they would have
to pray that they could get an honor bound Federal Judge that
also feels strongly enough about their duty to defend the
Constitution that they are willing to risk everything he
personally have, including their career, to hear such a case.
And remember, if the Judge doesn’t do what we want, we can
just instruct the IRS to do the Judge to.
Now I want to tell you that I saved the
best for last, even if the Department of Defense could pray
that hard and all of the miracles could come together for
them, and they win and they prove that you were wrong, there’s
nothing they can do to you because you made a rule saying that
you’re immune. So even if your wrong, you still win, there is
nothing they can do to you. Happy birthday again.
This has to be some what on the order of
fighting Mike Tyson for the heavy weight championship with him
buried in concrete up to his neck. It’s a sure thing.
Now could you imagine how loud the
Politicians, the Federal Judges, the Federal lawyers and every
Government employees would be screaming about how grossly
unfair, how Unconstitutional and how illegal this process
would be. They would all probably threaten to quit their jobs,
which could be a good thing; if we used the IRS against them
in the same manner they use the IRS against us. And for once I
would have to agree with them. The IRS is grossly UNFAIR, they
are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and they are ILLEGAL. I guess then my
question would be why does the Government so willingly use the
IRS against us and why do we allow the Government to do it?
