II sincerely apologize to all of the
great Americans who have participated in the write in
campaign to the Extortionists of the IRS that I created on
the www.endtheirs.org web site. It used to be
www.endtheirs.com but somehow before I could renew the site,
the IRS bought the site name. By the advice of an Attorney,
I was told to close the web site, which I should have never
listened to, I have restarted the web site and will continue
to push forward with putting the Extortionists IRS out of
business. On the web site is a “DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’S CORRUPT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT”;
that every issue stated in it is true and can be proven. The
only issue that I cannot prove “yet” is which agency of the
Government attempted to eliminate me by having my Ford
Expedition SUV crash into a concrete bridge abutment at 55
to 65 miles an hour at 5:00 am on Monclova Road in Maumee,
Ohio on August 13, 2008. This is the same day that I was
supposed to go before the Tax Court to fight the
extortionist of the IRS. I had already won the issues with
the Senate Finance Committee. They investigated my case
during their hearing on IRS abuse of the American people in
1998. Agnes Lucas of the IRS investigated my case and came
back telling me that I did nothing wrong, I was not guilty
of the IRS charges and they would have to pay me for the
hell they put me through for 17 plus years, which all can be
proven. I sent the DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA’S CORRUPT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, to President
Obama, Vice President and head of the Senate Joe Biden and
the head of Congress by FEDEX on July 2, 2009 next day
delivery and they haven’t sent anyone from the Government to
ask if I sent it. Don’t they want to know why I sent it, or
do they already know?
It has taken me one year so far to learn to talk, walk,
breath, ect., after going through the crash. Every time I
see a Doctor, they say they do not understand how the crash
did not kill me. My answer is that GOD and the 4 best
children on earth saved me. I will be posting what I am
going through with our corrupt Government and Corrupt Legal
System weekly so please take the time to read. The “IRS
Protest Letter” can be signed by you or you can use my name
and return address on the letter if you are afraid of the
IRS coming after you. There used to be over 150,000 people a
month sending in the letter and it was ticking off the IRS.
I even had an employee of the IRS calling me monthly to tell
me how many letters were coming in. I AM NOT NOW NOR WILL I
EVER BE AFRAID OF THEM.
We have to make our Government the great Government
described in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights while
we still can. Soon, almost all Americans will be considered
TERRORIST. Makes me wonder what list am I on. Actually, I
don’t even care if I’m on their “shit list”. Their on mine!
