DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA'S CORRUPT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

I am sending you an e mail with an
attachment: a DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA’S CORRUPT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT that every issue
stated in it is true and can be proven. The only issue that
I cannot prove yet is which agency of the Government
attempted to kill me by having my Ford Expedition SUV crash
into a concrete bridge abutment at 55 to 65 miles an hour at
5:00 am on Monclova Road in Maumee, Ohio on August 13, 2008.
This is the same day that I was supposed to go before the
Tax Court to fight the extortionist of the IRS. I had
already won the issues with the Senate Finance Committee.
They investigated my case during their hearing on IRS abuse
of the American people. Agnes Lucas of the IRS investigated
my case and came back telling me that I did nothing wrong, I
was not guilty of the IRS charges and they would have to pay
me for the hell they put me through for 17 plus years, which
all can be proven. I sent the DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’S CORRUPT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, to
President Obama, Vice President and head of the Senate Joe
Biden and the head of Congress by FEDEX on July 2, 2009 next
day delivery.
We have to make our Government the great Government
described in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights while
we still can. Soon, almost all Americans will be considered
TERRORIST.
When one stands up against our Government and fights back,
it seems everyone in the news media backs away and most
Americans just believe that it’s someone else's problem. Any
assistance you can give me and the American people will be
